We have now completed this rebuild and your cylinder head is on way back to you.Valve lash set at .004" int. and .006" exh. Valve shim allocation as follows:
Exhaust # 1 = .112", # 2 = .111", # 3 = .111", # 4 = .111", # 5 = .106", # 6 = .110"
Intake # 1 = .109", # 2 = .110", # 3 = .109", # 4 = .112", # 5 = .109", # 6 = .112"

With all the machine work completed, it is now time to assemble your cylinder head.

We have now replaced all twelve tappet guides and cut the exhaust valve job.
|

|
Cutting out the old factory seats and installing new custom CJ seats...
I am pleased to report that we now have your cylinder head rebuild well underway. So far, everything is looking good and we haven't run into any problems.
