I am pleased to report that your cylinder head rebuild has now been completed. Technical specification, as follows:

Combustion chamber size - 98cc
All new intake and exhaust seats installed (0.005" interference fit), multi-cut to 45 degrees
All new silicon bronze guides
All new valves (45 degrees)
Intake - 1.75"
Exhaust - 1.625"
All new cam studs
All new valve springs
Special serrated lock washers
Intake valves have had new seals fitted
Later style keepers, split collets and spring retainers on intake side
Valve lash (0.004" intake, 0.006" exhaust)
Tappets are new throughout
Camshafts - Stock XK140 (OEM)

Valve stem to guide clearance:

Intake: 0.001 to 0.0011
Exhaust: 0.0011 to 0.0012

Spring pressure:

Closed = 90 lbs
Open (0.40 lift) = 145 lbs

Shim allocation as follows:

(Intake) #1 .105" #2 .100" #3 .111" #4 .111" #5 .103" #6 .106"
(Exhaust) #1 .102" #2 .106" #3 .101" #4 .098" #5 .97" #6 .098"
