Team CJ Jaguar XKSS
Build log by Dan Mooney

An alloy bodied replica of the sensational 1957 Jaguar XKSS - the world's first super car!

Inspired by the famous Steve McQueen XKSS (pictured above) this fabulous Jaguar will feature an original peg drive wheel spinner from the actual McQueen car, obtained when the car was restored by Lynx Engineering in England between 1985 and 1988.

This 100% road legal flying machine is a Jaguar to its core. Based upon and titled as a 1957 Jaguar, this particular Team CJ XKSS will feature a 4.7L Stage Two engine producing 390 HP and 445 ft/lbs of torque. The drive train, including independent front and rear suspension and upgraded steering and brakes, is derived from an E Type.
