This superb quality product has been manufactured for us in high grade aircraft quality aluminum to precisely the same dimensional specifications as the original factory steel bonnets. Once painted, a Team CJ alloy bonnet is indistinguishable from a factory bonnet, with the added benefit that it will never rust! Furthermore, tipping the scales at just over 70 lb, it is almost 50% lighter than the heavyweight original item.

All Team CJ alloy bonnets are supplied with new chrome headlamp surrounds already pre-fitted, and are ready to accept your original marker lamps and bumper blades, etc. They also include horn mounting brackets behind the headlamps and a new pair of bonnet hinges. As with any new bonnet, whether steel or aluminum, proper installation is a skilled task that should probably be left to an experienced professional.

Team CJ bonnets are crated and shipped road freight. Precise shipping charges will be calculated at the time of each order, but allow approximately $400 for mainland US customers.
