This is not a totally restored car, rather it is a very high quality driver which represents an outstanding investment in the current market. The previous owner has been gradually improving and upgading the car for the last sixteen years, which means that the lucky new owner is buying a thoroughly sorted car that is ready to enjoy immediately.

The following improvements have been carried out within the last 2,000 miles.

• Koni shock absorbers
• Complete repaint in Opalescent Maroon
• Five speed transmission (original matching number 4 speed is included)
• Gear reduction starter
• Rebuilt cylinder head with mildly upgraded cams
• Wilwood brakes (original brakes included in sale)
• Suffolk & Turley seat covers and console (trimmed by Classic Jaguar)
• New sun visors
• New Martin Robey engine frames
• New canvas top, soft top boot and full tonneau
• Stainless exhaust (with great sounding Ansa 4 outlet resonator)
• Dayton wheels and 205/70 Pirelli tires
• Partial tool kit

The bodywork and paint is extremely presentable, but not perfect. There are a few minor dings and chips, and the bodywork is a little more 'wavy' than you might find in a totally restored car. Panel fit is to a high quality driver standard. All of the chrome shines brightly, with the only noted blemish a minor blister on one of the rear lamp housings. The convertible top, soft top boot and full tonneau have all been recently replaced and are of high quality.

The underside of the floors are very solid (see photos below) and the engine subframes have been replaced.

This very high quality driver is ready for its new owner and represents superb value at the selling price.
