This is an extremely special and historically important E Type. Chassis number 860010, more commonly known by its UK Coventry area number plate "6162 RW", is one of the three Jaguar press and test cars. The other two press cars were 9600 HP and 77RW. 6162 RW was extensively driven by legendary Jaguar test driver Norman Dewis, and also famously did 160 MPH in the hands of the Begian racing driver Paul Frere. Lofty England had a footwell rivetted into the floor so that he could drive the car!
