This matching number 1953 XK120 roadster is a true Texas barn find. It is 95% complete, with the only significant missing items being the grill, gauges and wiper motor. It is a fantastic car to use as the basis for a total restoration, being much more solid than the vast majority of projects you will see offered for sale.

We have removed most of the primer and materials from the outer body panels so you can really see the true condition of the body beneath. The worst of the corrosion is in the lower edge of the aluminum boot lid, which will obviously need to be patched (see photo below). The last eight photos in the sequence below show a reassuring amount of shiny, bare metal!
