This is a solid, very presentable, driver quality 1965 Mustang convertible. It is a C code (289ci - 2 barrell), three speed car that has been upgraded to a 4 barrell carb and manifold (the original carb and manifold are included in the sale). We recently installed new BF Goodrich T/A radials all round and have put a few hundred completely trouble free miles on the car. She starts immediately, runs cool and the 3 speed manual transmission shifts smoothly. At the time of writing we are currently replacing all four brake drums in the Classic Jaguar workshops.

This car needs nothing before it could be driven and enjoyed immediately by the lucky new owner. Just in time for spring, this is a great car for Saturday night cruising or Sunday morning blasts in the countryside!

I have taken photographs of some minor nicks and scratches at various places around the body, as well as some very minor rust bubbling in the bottom corner of the passenger door. This is the only evidence of rust anywhere on the body. The floors are generally quite solid but have obviously been patched here and there, over the years. The last two photographs below show the worst of what little rust there is on the underside of the car. Again, this is a solid, driver quality car that represents a great investment in the current market place.

This car does not have power steering, brakes or air conditioning. It currently has a modern Mustang radio cassette player installed, although the original radio is included in the sale.
