Team CJ cylinder head rebuild 
Mk II - stock specifications

I am pleased to report that your cylinder head rebuild has now been completed. Technical specification, as follows:
Combustion chamber size - 95cc
All new intake and exhaust seats installed (0.005" interference fit), five angled, 45 degree cut
One new tappet guide
All new silicon bronze guides
All new valves
Intake - 1.75"
Exhaust - 1.625"
All new cam studs
All new valve springs
Special serrated lock washers
Intake valves have had new seals fitted
Later style keepers, split collets and spring retainers on intake side
Valve lash (0.004" intake, 0.006" exhaust)
Tappets are new throughout
Camshafts - (OEM)
Valve stem to guide clearance:

Intake: 0.0010 to 0.0012
Exhaust: 0.0011 to 0.0013

The loose tappet guide which
caused your problems
Head is now better than new in
every respect
Spring pressure:

Closed = 90 lbs
Open (0.38 lift) = 145 lbs

Shim allocation as follows:

(Intake) #1 .119" #2 .112" #3 .113" #4 .119" #5 .120" #6 .113"
(Exhaust) #1 .104" #2 .112" #3 .118" #4 .118" #5 .113" #6 .108"
