    Specification (briefly) for this project is as follows:

    Total restoration of a matching number car - opalescent silver blue coachwork with dark blue Suffolk & Turley interior, discreet mechanical upgrades.
     

 
 

 
 Lawrence has now begun the lead
loading process
 Lead is used around the rear lights
 
 
 New rear bulkhead has been
fabricated and installed
Perfect fitting rear light! 
 
 
 
 
 Both kick panels have now been installed
 
 
 
 Spot welds as far as the eye can see!
New radius arm mounts installed

 Trial fitting floors and inner sills
 Doesn't look much like a car at this stage!
 
 
 New doors must be in place pretty
much before anything else
 Welding sill end panels into place 
   
 Floors spot welded together down
the centre of the car
 Fabricating new cross-member support
 
 
 Note panel fit between door bottom and 
outer edge of inner sill
 Inner sill supports in place

Rust proofing with Wurth Body Wax
Body Wax will be used on all inner box 
sections - there is no better rust preventative treatment
   
Initial lead loading following replacement
of right rear quarter panel
Lead also used where quarter panel 
meets sill
